Looking for large en-suite double room

Hello,

I am a very young 58 year old sporty female who is very clean and tidy and respectful towards flatmates at all times.

I am a sociable person but do not expect my flatmate to be my social life or 'family'.

I do respect other peoples privacy and value my own. It’s very likely that I won’t use the common parts that frequently and occupy myself with projects in my room. Therefore, I would require a proper writing desk.

I would not mind the odd dinner party in the shared accommodation but would object to frequent parties or other noisy activities.

This might all sound rather uptight but I feel it's important to be clear to avoid disappointments on either side.
