Chef seeking a longterm place

Im looking for a room as soon as possible as the property im currently staying in is being sold and ive been given quite short notice to leave

Im in a difficult position because I havent had enough time to save both the full deposit and rent upfront so im hoping to find someone who may be open to me splitting the initial payment. I can pay part when I move in and agree a clear date for the remaining amount

Im fairly new to London and work as a chef through agencies while I look for something full time. My income can vary week to week but I’ve always paid my rent on time

Im clean, respectful and easy going. Being a chef means I naturally keep kitchens and shared areas tidy and I understand personal space so im not someone who will be constantly in your way

Just looking for somewhere decent and comfortable with reasonable people.
