Seeking big room or studio for my brother and me

Hi there!

My brother and I are looking for a comfortable, peaceful space to call home. We’re quiet, friendly, and respectful tenants. In our downtime, we enjoy gaming and watching football, but we’re very chill and always make sure to keep things tidy and respectful of the home and anyone we share it with.

What we’re hoping to find:

Our budget is up to £1200 per month. Ideally, we are looking for:
A spacious double room that welcomes two people (or a couple).

Alternatively, a small self-contained studio, annex, or cheap flat.

If it’s a shared house, we’d love a relaxed home with a maximum of 3–4 people in total, and ideally two bathrooms.

Location:

Our absolute favourite areas are Wandsworth, Roehampton, Putney, and the wider Lambeth area. Good, reliable bus connections are really important to us. (Being near Liverpool Street would be a lovely bonus, but our main focus is definitely the SW15/SW18 and Lambeth areas).

A quick note on timing:

We are currently in a tenancy and need to serve our notice first. Because of this, we are ideally hoping to find a kind and understanding landlord who might be open to taking a deposit to hold the room for us for about two months, with us officially moving in around late September or early October.
