Professional looking to share with just one other

Hi, I'm Cristina, 31.

I'm starting a new permanent full-time job in M3 (Salford) next month, after recently leaving my previous full-time job where I worked for several years. I also have a separate zero-hours job for occasional extra shifts.

I'm looking to move around 24 October and would ideally like to share with just one other person, or a maximum of two.

I'm quiet, clean, respectful and easy-going. I work a lot, so I really value a peaceful and comfortable home, while still being friendly and sociable.

I'm looking for somewhere with good public transport connections to M3. Good Wi-Fi is essential.

My preferred budget is around £650 including bills, but I can consider up to £700 for the right room, particularly if I'm only sharing with one other person.

A proper written tenancy or licence agreement is essential.
