26F looking for friendly flat (or Buddy-up!)

Hello!

I’m Elena, a 26 y. o. Spanish animator looking for a considerate but social house share in Brighton.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere close to the train station, with plenty of natural light and enough space to work from home comfortably.

A smaller house-share would probably suit me best (around 3-4 people including me), but it really depends on the vibe and the space itself. I’d ideally love an en-suite, but I’m happy sharing a bathroom with one other person.

I’m very creative and social and would love to find a flat that hangs out together sometimes since I’m new to Brighton and don’t know many people yet. I love climbing, boardgames, films, cooking, crafts and the occasional wind down drink.

That said, I’m also very respectful of people’s space and noise levels and really value a calm, comfortable home environment.

My maximum budget is £800 bills included for the right place.

I work freelance but I have a UK guarantor and would be willing to pay several months of rent up front if needed.
