26F looking for friendly flat

Hello!

I’m Elena, a 26 y. o. Spanish animator looking to move to Brighton in early June.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere fairly close to the train station, with plenty of natural light and enough space to work from home comfortably. A dishwasher is also very high on my priorities list honestly.

A smaller house-share would probably suit me best (around 3-4 people including me), but it really depends on the vibe and the space itself. I’d ideally love an en-suite, but I’m happy sharing a bathroom with one other person.

I’m very creative and social and would love to find a flat that actually hangs out together sometimes since I don’t know many people in Brighton yet. I love climbing, boardgames, films, cooking, crafts and the occasional wind down drink. I also enjoy having friends over for dinner or game nights every now and then.

That said, I’m also very respectful of people’s space and noise levels and really value a calm, comfortable home environment.

My maximum budget is £800 bills included for the right place. I’m freelance but I do have a UK guarantor if needed.

I’ll be in Brighton from the 29th to the 31st of May and would love to do viewings while I’m there.
