I'm video editor in advertising looking for a double room in a social 2-4 bedroom flat/house in London with thirty-something flatmates (since I just turned 40); preferably close to the Tooting area.

I enjoy the arts (a big film nerd) and like to go to the cinema or theatre every month! I'm a big foodie and love south asian food (being half Sri Lankan) in particular! I like to eat out more than I should but I do try and balance this with the gym and in particular doing boxing...I do enjoy other team sports also and like to go watch whenever I can. Looking for a social house but not a constant party place either as I have a high pressure job so need to relax and get a good nights sleep. Also love pets as have a cat that has now been adopted by my parents due to me moving out of my current flat of 6 years.

Currently I work at my office in London Bridge only Thurs - Fri so I've been frequently staying at hometown of Derby to help out with my disabled parents. Therefore, I'm also considering doing a part-time let also for no more than £550 PCM with bills included for 3 days per week. However, I'm open to remaining full time at a place for £1000PCM with bills if the opportunity presents itself. I can provide references and a deposit.
