Hi! I’m a 29-year-old full-time working professional looking for a double room in a clean and respectful home.

💷 Financially reliable
I have a stable full-time job and can provide:
• 12+ months of payslips
• 12+ months of bank statements showing rent always paid in time
• Employer references (manager, HR, etc. - whatever is preferred)

🧼 Very clean & tidy
I take really good care of the places I live in. Previous landlords have always been very happy with the condition of my room.

I’ve also received great reviews from short stays and Airbnb hosts as well. I can provide 20+ all reviews if needed.

🏡 Respectful & experienced in house shares
I’ve lived in shared homes in places including Dublin, Guildford, Oxford, and Brighton, so I understand how important it is to be considerate and easy to live with.

I’m quiet, don’t party, and never bring groups of friends home. I’m also very mindful of shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom, and often get told I leave them cleaner than even the home owner.

📅 Flexible move-in date
