Associate at HSBC, looking for en-suite

28M, British finance professional working at HSBC in Canary Wharf, looking for a double room with an en-suite bathroom. Budget up to £1,500 pcm, bills excluded. Super flexible on move in date also.

Currently living in Clapham Junction in a modern new-build and looking to move to a well-connected area with good transport links. I’m particularly interested in areas such as Bermondsey, Canada Water or London Bridge, but I’m open to anywhere with an easy commute to Canary Wharf.

I work in finance at HSBC in Canary Wharf, and my role requires me to be in the office most of the week with fairly long working hours. As a result, I’m usually out during the day and tend to keep a quiet, relaxed routine at home. I’m tidy, respectful, and enjoy having a calm home environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel and tennis, staying active, and exploring London — whether that’s trying new restaurants, grabbing a drink at the pub, or catching up with friends.

Non-smoker, no pets, references available.

Open to joining an existing flatshare or buddying up for a new place, ideally in a modern/new-build property with an en-suite room. Ideally want to live with 1 other person only.
