25yo professional for houseshare no agents please

Hey!

I'm moving to Newcastle for around august and looking for somewhere to stay. Ideally a 2-3 bed house but flat will work as long as there's parking :).

I don't work from home but I wouldn't mind if you do. I've been living in my own for around 8 years and I like my space to stay clean and tidy. Im not really one to party so don't worry if you're also asleep by midnight :) , I'm also a deep sleeper so wouldn't mind if you're a bit loud later but within reason.

I expect my gf would be visiting once a month or so, hopefully you don't mind!

In my free time I like climbing, frisbee sometimes hiking. I tend to cook fast meals with the occasional fancy weekend meal, I do eat meat tho so sorry if you're veggie :(.

No preference when it comes to gender or ethnicity, it'd be best if we're in similar stages of life and can actually be friends!
