Room Needed from September 2026

I am starting a job in Edinburgh in September and looking for a long-term rental. I have been living in Prague for the past year, but I am originally from the Highlands. I am a keen triathlete, so when I am not working, you can usually find me running, cycling or swimming! However, this does mean I tend to get up pretty early in the mornings.

I have been living with some close friends for the past year, and I would love to find some flatmates with similar, close-knit vibes. I am clean and tidy and have lived in flatshares for the past four years. I enjoy time to myself, but am also a rugby/sports fan, coffee drinker and like to travel. I have been studying politics for the last six years, so I am also always happy to chat about the news!

As I am going to be working in Gogarburn, ideally, I am looking for something in the West of Edinburgh. As I am working, I will also be paying Council Tax, so I would prefer other professionals, but I am flexible! The ideal budget is a maximum £900/month, not including bills. Happy to share with guys/gals.
