27, looking for a flat in Manchester centre

Hello, I’m Tom and I’m 27. I work in the tech industry full time in business development. I am looking for a flat share/buddy up in Manchester, ideally as central as possible.

My budget for just rent on my side is up to £900 per month.

I have been living in Manchester for about 2 and a half years, my current flat mate is off travelling in November so needing to sort myself out!

I am very clean, sociable and respectful of personal space. I enjoy travelling, music, going to the gym and going out for a drink - usually not out much in the week but do like it on the odd weekend.

Ideally after a furnished/part furnished flat with a flat mate that has a good balance of socialising and downtime.
