Easygoing professional wants shared house/flat

I've been in Edinburgh for a while now and it feels like home. I work from home a few days a week in digital marketing, so I need a desk and reliable WiFi, though I often work from cafes too. I'm into improv, reading, and board games, plus regularly go gym and running too.

I'm tidy, easy to live with, and looking for a calm, friendly household where people have their own lives and there's a good atmosphere in the shared spaces. Not after a best friend, just good people.

Looking for somewhere long-term, with natural light, green space nearby, and need parking. Small household preferred, two or three people max. Private bathroom would be a bonus.
