Professional seeking a home near Dursley

I'm looking for a room in the Stroud/Dursley area as my girlfriend has had to move to London for a promotion and I'm staying in the glorious Cotswolds while we look for a house to buy in the area! I work near Wotton-under-Edge so would like to be based within commuting distance of there.

I've lived in too many shared houses to want to live in a HMO, but an exclusive area with some shared space would be fine.

I've very outdoorsy and active and would ideally like to have access to a shed or garage for bike storage. I'm often out in the hills hiking or biking.
