Female professional looking for a long-term rental
👩🍳About me:
- A friendly and responsible tenant with a great rental history
- Always willing to respecting roommates, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating openly.
- Currently five days a week on-site.
- I speak English and Chinese
🏡The home I’m looking for:
- My budget is around 900-1100 pcm with all bills and other fees included
- En-suite or separate bathroom preferred
- Zone 2-3, easy to commute to Bond Street or green park (ideally on Central, Northern, Piccadilly or Jubilee line)
- Preferably not too many people; 2-bed or 3-bed property maximum
- Available to move in at the end of July (flexible) and stay long-term(at least 6 month)
About flatmates:
I’d prefer to live with other working professionals (preferably not fully remote). My shifts rotate, so my two days off fall on different weekdays each week—weekends are usually when I’m working. I'm sociable and enjoy a good chat when it feels natural, but I also value everyone's privacy and quiet time.
If you have a room available, or if you’d like to buddy up and search together, feel free to get in touch. Thanks!
