Studio or annex

Hello! I'm a Physiotherapist working in Hove, and am looking for local accommodation, but will consider living further east, towards Eastbourne.
A studio/annex or small apartment with bills included is ideal, but will consider a professional share.
I have a long distance partner who comes to stay for long weekends once a month or so (similarly, I am often away at weekends!), so potential housemates would need to be comfortable with me having the occasional guest over.
I need a car for work, so it'd be great to find a place with free parking too 😊
