Me and my 12 year old labrador.

Teacher, I would like to rent a GROUND-FLOOR double room with my 12 year-old, well- behaved labrador. I am a quiet, clean, tidy and easy-going person, non-drinker and my dog is a dream to live with. Currently renting, due to landlord downsizing, we sadly have to find a home to continue our life together. My dog has a routine, he is walked before I go to school and I have a friend who is a dog walker to take him out late morning for another walk when I am at school. When I get back from school, we go on our afternoon walk and spend the evening together. When I meet with friends, we meet in a pet-friendly pub or at their home. I travel a lot to France with my dog to my house. We are away for the Christmas period (2 weeks), Easter (2 weeks) and Summer holidays (6 weeks). I am busy with my work and I enjoy spending quiet nights in. I am willing to share with quiet people. Our experience as lodgers/ tenants has been really amazing so far.
