Hey, I'm currently renting a two bed flat in Jewellery Quarter with a flatmate who is going to move out by October 😢. I'm looking for someone to take his place, ideally someone sociable. HOWEVER if you don't like the flat but we get on then I'm also open to move into a different flat with someone.
