Former Londoner trying to find a temporary home!

Hi all!

My name's Natasha and I am 20 (turning 21 in a week). I am currently staying with my family in Dudley but am now looking to rent. My only requirements for my living space are that:
- must be in one of the towns I've listed
- strong preference for female-only housing but mixed gender is also OK depending on numbers
- rent (including all bills) must not exceed £500pcm
- must have access to a kitchen
- must have access to laundering facilities
- the closer it is to public transport, the better
- must be open to allowing me to rent for a minimum of 3 months
- I must be able to move in either on the week commencing 01/04/2024 or 08/04/2024 (but I have a strong preference for the former date). I would like to view the property and meet the existing tenants leading up to that.

I work full time (40 hours, 5 days a week) in customer service and I enjoy going out often, so I don't anticipate that I'll be around too often, but I do like to laze about on my days off when they come!

Although I am a customer service advisor by trade, I am an aspiring fashion journalist and a creative by passion, so I tend to click well with creative types. I enjoy cooking funky meals, listening to "strange" music and my style of dress is fairly "alternative", so non-judgemental, open-minded flatmate(s) would be most ideal :) I am multilingual (French and Spanish) and I enjoy learning about new cultures.

To hit a few key points:
- I drink semi-regularly (usually just a bottle of cider after a shift) but I do not get drunk
- Would prefer LG(B)T-friendly housing. I do not want to live with someone who sees my existence as immoral.
- Non drug user + non-smoker
- Introverted, so I value my privacy and my space
- I like cats. My feelings towards dogs are neutral.
