27yo looking for buddy up or room to rent

Hi, my name is Leah!

I’m a 27 year old professional looking for a double room in central Manchester (Ancoats, NQ - I am also flexible). I have a budget of £750 excluding bills and would ideally would like to move in mid- late August. My current flat is ending in late August as my flatmate is going travelling and our landlord has decided to sell.

My evenings are usually pretty chilled - If I'm not meeting up with friends or going for a swim, I like to cook and catch up on Netflix (and maybe do a bit of crochet if I'm not too tired). Ideally I would love to find a flatmate who is also a friend but also very respectful of people wanting their own space too!

I work fully remotely so it would be nice to live with someone who is currently remote or hybrid. It would be nice to live in a place with a coworking space but this isn't essential!
