I am looking for a single or double room, with good wifi and some disabled access due to a recent foot amputation. I do not use a wheelchair and walk with a prosthetic. I am currently unemployed, aged 58 but with a mathematics/computer science PhD so hopefully not unemployed for too long. I am available to move immediately and have a budget of £800pcm (bills included). Must be able to accept tenant on Universal Credit. I am a quiet, sociable respectful person who likes science, maths, history, politics and walking.
