I am a professional female starting a job where I will be working across the Vale of Glamorgan so I am looking to move closer to Cardiff.

I am looking for a double room, ideally unfurnished as I have some things I would like to bring with me so have plenty I can add to an under-furnished house if needed. I am available to move from from now with one months notice and have an absolute maximum budget of £625pcm.

I don't mind sharing with any age, gender, orientation etc, preferably in a more communal living situation where we can share occasional meals, evenings and activities together etc. I'm a casual hobbyist - I like pole fitness, yoga, reading, gaming, nature, animals, science TV/movies, live music, exploring and trying new things. Would like to live with people I can eventually become good friends with but I do also like my alone time so am respectful of all boundaries.

I have a long-haired tabby cat who I would absolutely love to bring with me, he's not the biggest lap cat but he likes company so does like hanging around in the same room as people and will be your best friend for treats. If this is a deal breaker I do have friends who are desperate to foster him so he will remain in the family but as he is my best friend I would ideally love for him to come with me.
