Looking for female only for room/buddy up fromJuly

I am a professional female aged 28 due to start work early August in Derby. I am looking to live somewhere between the hospital and the city centre, but can be flexible. I won't start work until 1st week of August but ideally would move from 20 July so I can slowly bring things over from where I currently am down south. I would like to share with females. I'm easy going, am sociable but equally appreciate down time and alone time. I'm quite tidy. Need a decent sized room, not bothered about ensuite but need parking and a living room.
