26 y/o professional looking to buddy up/join flat

Looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from mid 2026 but am flexible about the date give or take three weeks, and have a budget of £1000 pcm . I would prefer to share with women or in a mixed household, ideally between the ages of 22 and 30 years old.

About me - I’m easygoing, friendly, and tidy. I keep my personal as well as shared spaces clean, and would like my flatmates to be respectful of the same. I like having clear and open communication from the start so we can have a healthy foundation and get along well.

I like my own space and time to myself but also am sociable and like to chat and be friendly with who I live with. I’d be all for talking over meals, exploring the city, doing sporty or artsy activities, or hanging out in the flat but there is also no compulsion for the same! I’m respectful, adaptable, and cheerful, and the only non negotiable is that my flatmate(s) be similarly respectful of privacy and cleanliness :)
