Dedicated WFH Professional, looking to share flat

I'm a cost analyst for a company based in Hampshire.

My work is permanent, mostly WFH (I only occasionally have to go to the office, near Basingstoke)

I'm OK sharing with 1 or more flatmates, the most important thing is that we all agree to keep the public spaces tidy, and that the house won't be used for parties.

Ideal flatmates are professional or post-grad students, who cherish a quiet environment (either for their studies or for work) - bonus if they enjoy an evening chat or the occasional going out, but not a deal breaker.

I'm extremely well travelled - been in a lot of places around the world - so my friends and flatmates often ask me about their holiday plans, as I know how to find them cheap fares :)
