Hi — I’m Neil, 50. I’m calm, considerate and tidy, and I’m looking for a peaceful, well-kept home. I’m gay but not part of the party scene — I prefer a relaxed, respectful atmosphere. I’ve been staying with a lovely couple in their 60s in Mill Hill Village; it’s been very peaceful and positive, and I’m moving because a returning student from Japan is reclaiming the room. I naturally get on well with the older generation but I’m open to anyone who values quiet, maturity and mutual respect. I work in property management and administration, so I’m organised and used to keeping homes in order. I’m very mindful about sound and shared spaces — small things like closing doors gently and using handles properly matter to me. I don’t smoke or watch TV, I’m often out during the day, and I have excellent references from my current and previous hosts. I bring reliability, kindness and a balanced outlook (I also have a quiet spiritual awareness that helps me stay thoughtful, but I fully respect other views).
