Looking for a room in the city of Leamington Spa

Hi all,

I am looking for a room in the city centre of Leamington Spa.

I am a recently graduated university student and I am moving to Leamington due to a work. I have lived with many housemates in the past and have also lived with professional due to previous placement work in Oxford.

When I was in Oxford I had lived with a land lady who owned cats and I was given the responsibility of taking care of them when she isn't around. We also had a general cleaning weekly rota which we followed.

Cleanliness is a must in the shared space, this is non-negotiable.

As a flatemate, you can expect many baked goods from me and a clean tidy environement! I am always up for friendly conversations or shared activities, but also appreciate quiet time.
