I am looking for a room near the Oxford Business Park for 13-months due to my internship.

I'm currently seeking accommodation that offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, preferably in a convenient location with access to amenities and public transportation.

Ideally, I'd like to share the space with someone who values cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect for each other's privacy. But I am also don't mind late-night deep conversations.
