En-suite room /studio to move by 20-25 August/2026

Hi! I'm Alex, a 31-year-old working professional looking for a double ensuite room or a studio to move into at the end of August.

A bit about me I work full-time and I'm also studying Business & Management , so I have a fairly structured routine during the week. I'm clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and always reliable when it comes to paying rent.

I'd describe myself as easy-going, friendly, and considerate. I enjoy having a chat with housemates over a coffee or dinner now and then, but I also appreciate everyone's personal space and privacy. I believe the best house shares are the ones where people are respectful, communicate well, and create a relaxed atmosphere.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, photography, travelling, learning about business and investing, and exploring new places around London. I also enjoy a quiet evening watching a good film or series.

I'm looking for a clean, well-maintained home with good transport links and a positive, respectful atmosphere. I don't mind the occasional get-together or party, as long as everyone is considerate of each other and the house remains a comfortable place to live.

• Budget: Up to £1,050 pcm (flexible for the right place)
• Move-in: End of August
• Happy to live with male, female, or mixed households
