En-suite Double room needed

Hello, I’m Raymond. I’m a healthcare professional, working at MKUH. I am looking for a very well furnished double room (bed, reading table and chair, large wardrobe, and preferably a sofa) which is en-suite with a bathroom to stay for 2 years plus, depending on how well I like the space. My budget is a little bit flexible, depending on the amenities of the house/room. I have a car so I’d need a parking space or cheap residential parking permit. I also prefer the room to have a kitchenette (or a fridge at least) and balcony. I’d require the location of the place to be close enough for me to commute daily to work.
