30 y/o searching for sublet till 8th Aug
Hey!
Looking for a sublet until ~8th Aug when I moved into a house.
From Kent, working in the city for an asset manager. I'm usually in the office 3 days a week. I spend most of my free time on muay thai, climbing, photography, reading, seeing friends, art galleries, watching TV etc. Love a cheeky pub trip, food, wine, and live music.
I'm easygoing, respectful, and do my part to keep things clean and tidy. I really appreciate being in a home that’s got a balance of being social and having personal space. I'm happy to do things like house meals, activities & sports, drinks. I like to bake too so goods will appear and everyone's always welcome to try.
What I’m looking for:
A large double room in a home with a shared living space and preferably a good size kitchen between Vauxhall, Balham / Clapham South, Kennington, Victoria, Farringdon, Kings Cross. An outdoor space would be great. An en-suite would be a bonus.
