29 y/o searching for friendly home large room

Hello,

I’m a 29 y/o professional from Kent working in the City for an asset management firm, usually in the office around 3 days a week.

I’ve been living in a mixed professional flat in Clapham for about a year and a half. I usually go to Muay Thai a few times a week, climb here and there, explore the city, see friends, unwind with TV or a book, or wander around museums and art galleries (I did / studied photography at uni, so I’m a bit of a nerd there).

Like many, I am a fan of good pubs, wine and cocktail bars, and live music and gigs - jazz, house, blues, soul, classical, electronic etc. I bake from time to time as well... brownies, banana muffins, and cookies will appear and are happily shared.

I enjoy my own space but also really appreciate a home that’s social, where people look out for each other and can hang out. I’m easygoing, respectful, and do my part to help keep things clean and tidy. Ideally we get on well, are comfortable having people over from time to time while being considerate of the house, and occasionally hang out whether that’s cooking, watching something, playing games, or heading out for drinks, music or activities etc.

What I’m looking for:

A spacious double room in a home with ideally 1 or 2 other professionals and an easy commute to the Bank / Blackfriars area. An outdoor space, either garden, balcony or terrace is important to me, and an en-suite would be a bonus.

Budget: up to £1,200 excl. bills.

My current move-out date is between 26th April - 1st May. I’ll be away from 6th - 24th April, but I’m happy to get everything arranged beforehand and move in when I’m back.
