Room wanted for PhD student

Hello, I'm Shannon, and I'll be starting a PhD at the University of Manchester in Late September (After my MSc at UoM and BSc at UoG).

I'm looking for a long-term place to call home, ideally from late September onwards (move in date of the 28th September 2026). I am therefore looking to find a property by the 20th September at the latest.

I'm tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and I appreciate a clean and relaxed living environment.

I'm looking for an en-suite double room, studio or one-bedroom flat around the £800 pcm mark. A quiet home with enough space to work from occasionally would be perfect, as I tend to keep busy with research projects.
