After a house share within walking distance to Uni, ideally Hulme area.

We are students at UoM and will be in our 3rd/4th year when the tenancy starts. Hoping to move in late July at the earliest and mid-September at the very latest.

Looking for one other student who can keep a friendly and clean space.

We do not have a preference on living with male/female house mates and get on with most people no trouble, having lived in mixed and same sex households.

All of us are on different courses and know each other through mutual friends.

Very easy going about having people visit etc.
