Looking to rent

Hi, I’m Neil and I am a 54 yr old male
I’m looking to rent either a room in a shared property or a self contained flat but unfortunately I had to give up working due to ill health where I suffered a minor heart attack 4 yrs ago, and have been trying to regain my health in order to return the working environment.
So far due to being out of work and subject to benefits I’m finding it increasingly difficult in securing appropriate accommodation because of my situation regarding my health
I’m clean and tidy but more importantly I’m quiet. I have a few strings to my bow where I enjoy diy, fixing things inside the home as well as in the garden and I’d be happy to help within the household of any property I might be able to secure.
Any assistance with this matter of mine would be gratefully received and I very much look forward to hearing from anyone who would seriously consider me in renting a suitable property.

I can also provide Good references from my current landlady who is happy to assist me in relocating to somewhere new, as they are now in their late 70’s and have mentioned recently they would like to have their home back due to their age which I completely understand, thus why I am looking for a suitable room for rental
