Studio or 1 bed flat wanted in Fishponds.

Hi, I'm Luke,

Having recently relocated back to the West Country, after 20 years living and working in Central London, I'm looking for a studio/1 bed flat preferably in the Fishponds area (see interests) with the chance of meeting new people and contributing to a lovely living environment.

I'm currently renting in a Fishponds house share and have fallen in love with the area and am involved in numerous local outdoor community projects:
- Friends of Vassell Park Conservation Group
- The Community Garden, Grove Road/Thingwall Park Road
- Thingwall Park Allotments Wildlife and Food Bank Plot
- The Haven Project, Eastville
- The Vassell Centre Community DIY/Gardening Project

I'm currently unemployed due to an accident to my hand 5 months ago leading to multiple surgeries (now recovered) but actively searching for local opportunities, particularly outdoors in the gardening/landscaping industry.

I receive Universal Credit at present and the rent can be paid directly to the landlord each month through the housing element whilst I look for work.

Previously, I've been in full-time employment as a Facilities/Events Manager for 15 years in Central London and a Site Supervisor/Asst Project Manager for an Environmental Consultancy Company in Buckinghamshire before my move back to Bristol.
