MSc student/ professional looking for double room

I am a 29-year-old mature Master’s student studying Global Public Health Nutrition. I also work alongside my studies, which means I have limited time to spend at home. I am looking for a considerate, respectful and clean household.
I’m a chill, easygoing individual, clean and organised. Some of my hobbies include gardening (I have an allotment), reading, going to concerts, museums/ galleries, and the cinema, and travelling whenever I have the time. I also enjoy exercising so a gym nearby would be ideal, Pilates and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but I won’t say no to a glass of wine 😁.

I’m respectful and considerate of other people’s space and would expect the same in return.

I’m ideally looking for a good-sized room with a double bed, either by joining an existing household or buddying up for a property. I would prefer a fairly new residential development in East London, but I am open to considering other areas too.

I’m hoping to find a relaxing and cosy place with friendly, kind and considerate household members that I can genuinely call home.
