Professional female looking for a double room :)

I am a professional female aged 24, I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 20/08/2025 and have a budget of £850pm. I enjoy music, outdoors, socialising, positive energy and all around .having a beautiful time enjoying what life brings us, I tend to go to a lot of festivals and gigs, with working festivals throughout most of the summer, it’s a lush way to connect with like minded people, I do like to make music but I am cautious of others and would be respectful, hopefully to find people who enjoy the same or have an interest in the music scene would be wicked. Looking for a a year minimum rental, im happy with professionals or students (I’d like to start at DBS institute myself, as of next year)
