Yesterday deciding I likely should invest in Botox lol

Hi. I’m Michelle, from Methley in Leeds, happily getting divorced after twenty years and love my three young adult kids whom are in the marital home to prevent distress during full time higher education. I am happy to look after an individual dwelling or be part of a
house share but with my own en-suite or shared bathroom with one other person.
Ideally there will be water feature nearby I can swim in; be this a river, sea, lake or pool. So a coastal place will always be attractive to me.
I require space for KS bed minimum and closet space for my love of fashion. If there’s a desk/dresser/art table space: mega bonus.
Garden/patio/balcony at ground or first floor level. I am super clean and tidy. I love being creative, beauty products and home comforts. I don’t smoke & occasionally drink alcohol. I’m easy to get on with and so no harm; the epicurean philosophy of life. Make good, enjoy and be respectful and kind; I offer that in abundance and expect the same. Sensible house rules are all beneficial for all. I have a nice car so I’d like a parking space and in a low crime area for insurance reasons. All bills must be included please and a TV. I require 3 months minimum and haven’t been divorced before however, I know it’s taking longer than usual.
A place to take up the sun and relax in, a sunny sanctuary with a breeze would be wonderful.
Note: Well travelled, intelligent enough to be valuable at a pub quiz, lived in countries outside the UK alone and as a family. The photos show a scary hair me incase you’re looking for good looker; that’s not me. The marital home taken before I made even better. The family at a young enough age that they won’t complain I posted a photo of them and was an embarrassing mum. The bathroom I designed and I thought it a good idea to show my ability to bruise so easily; so any crazy stairs and dangerous overhangs etc are a no no for me.
