Hi, I’m a 28-year-old working professional looking for a single or double room, ideally en-suite or sharing a bathroom with just one person. My budget is £675–£750 including bills, and I can move from November/December 2026.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful and happy to share with anyone regardless of age or gender. I’d prefer a new tenancy rather than a contract takeover, in a household that values privacy, cleanliness, mutual respect and quiet nights.

Please feel free to message me if you have a suitable room available. Thank you!
