31 yr old - looking for new SW home 🐶

Hey!

I’m Katie, 31, from south east Kent and am looking for a new home from October 2026 time - either new flatmates to start a new home or to fill a room. I have been living in Wandsworth for the past 2 years and loooove but need a new living situation as housemates are moving on!

I work in Commercial Real Estate / Property & Asset Management for a university and am in a hybrid role so wfh 2/3 days a week.

I’m easy going and pretty sociable - an avid runner, lover of books and love horse racing and rugby. I have a gorgeous tiny 6 year old sausage dog called Rosie who is super cuddly and low maintenance so am looking for flatmates who would enjoy living with an affectionate dog (although don’t expect any responsibility to be shared!)

I love nature and being outdoors but equally enjoy meeting new people, pints in the pub, joint runs or socialising over a wine and dinner.
