Looking for a room or buddy up

Hey! My current flatmate is moving in with her bf so I am looking for a room or someone to buddy up with to find somewhere. My tenancy ends the 1st August so would be looking to move in late July. There may also be the possibility to move in to my current 2 bed flat in deansgate.

I am a 27 year old working professional. My office is based in Leeds so I work from home the majority of the week but usually go in once a week.

I am really clean, tidy and easy going- love going out for nice food and drinks/ wine but also love having chilled nights in. Looking for flatmates on a similar vibe, would be nice to be friends as well as flatmates.

I currently live in deansgate but have lived in ancoats which I loved so open to areas which are central.
