Florin49, profesional man, Single or double wanted

I am a care assistant male aged 49 and I work at Dimensions - a charity whose activity is the care of people with learning disabilities...
I am looking for a single or double room.
I am willing to move at the end of September or even the beginning of November 2026.
I have a budget of around £500.
I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I am DBS verified because I have been working for 5 years as a caregiver.

Ideally, a longer term is sought, however shorter term options may be considered. Housemates' reference is readily available, along with a neighbor's reference and oner reference if needed.

I work with people who have special needs (they are usually tiring and exhausting), so I want a quiet place where I can recharge energetically. I drive and ride a bike, am a non-smoker/drug/alcohol or other types of stimulants. A fairly orderly individual, without dependents, who wants a private and uninterrupted place.

I am also a good gardener, I have a collection of flowers with which I could populate a yard or a garden... I am an animal lover and have a real passion for cats, but at the moment I have none.
