Looking for a place soon

As a recent graduate (interior design), now working full -time close to Manchester City Centre, I’m looking for a new home that has close proximity to the City Centre and/or close to the main transport links. As someone who also likes to cook and meal prep, I’d prefer to live in a stylish place, with an en-suite and with a maintained, spacious kitchen.

My must haves in a place are:

- En-suite
- Double bed
- Maintained Kitchen

My must haves in a housemate(s):

- Must be the type of person that finds satisfaction in cleaning and making sure everything is spotless. The same person who knows the difference between clean and tidy.

- Must be able to co-live with another person in a respectful way and has the emotional intelligence to be able to approach any situation with grace and maturity.

- Must understand the importance of privacy.

- Must be able to respect another persons belongings.

- Must be considerate and empathetic.

- Must be honest.
