Professional, respectful female aged 56

I am a professional female aged 56. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from mid August and have a budget of £600pcm. I am happy to share with males or females. Use of a garden to enjoy the sunshine is a bonus! I have just got a new job in North Devon and am relocating from Yorkshire, looking for somewhere temporary while I search for a new home in the area. I have a full house trained cat aged 6 called Mathilda that I'd ideally like to keep with me but not essential. She's a rescue and quite nervous so I'm trying to unsettle her as much as possible ( if that is possible!). I'm friendly, kind, easy to get on with, quiet and respectful. I rented a room off here previously and the landlords were super sad when I left ..they would happily give you a reference for me.
