Looking for a flatshare in Edinburgh:)

Hey everyone! I’m Robbie (27) and I’m a young professional from Scotland. I’ve been living in Edinburgh for a couple years now and really enjoyed my time here. Looking for a new place at the minute that’s a bit more affordable (and a bit more insulated in the winter time!)

A bit about me: I love writing, mainly short stories, though I’ve been trying my hand at poetry and other forms too. I’ve been working as a proofreader for the last year and I’m also due to start studying for a certificate in counselling skills which I’m really looking forward to.

Away from work, I’m easygoing and love spending time around nature, or just soaking up the good weather when we get it. I’m also happy having a chilled night in with a film, series, or just watching the football if there’s a good game on.

In both the flatshares I’ve lived in, I’ve been lucky to have flatmates who’ve become good friends. We’ve shared nights out, chilled evenings in, and generally had a good vibe at home. I’d really love to find something similar again: a place where people enjoy each other’s company but also respect one another’s space. As for the cleaning/chores, I’m used to pulling my weight and would continue doing so in my new home.
