25y/o music student looking for room

Hi! I'm an international student from the US and I will be starting a master’s degree in violin at the Royal College of Music in September. I would like to find a single or double room ideally within 45mins commute from RCM that is available for at least my first year (September 2024 -July 2025).

I am a quiet person and I like to keep to myself, but I do also enjoy socializing with my roommates from time to time. I have lived with roommates for the past 6 years while at university in Canada so I understand the importance of being neat and tidy and respecting others’ space :)

I am a musician so I do need to practice but I am happy to practice at school or only while no one else is at home if the noise would be too disruptive. I also enjoy lots of different crafts like hand embroidery, beading, and making things out of felt.
