Hey! I’m looking for a cozy double room to call home later this year. I’m a 25-year-old professional working in the pharmaceutical industry. I’ve been in shared housing for 8 years now, so I’m fully "flat-trained"—meaning I’m a pro at keeping shared spaces clean! 🧼

🛠️ The Practical Stuff:
WFH Professional: I work from home, so I’m looking for a spot with a bit of space for a desk setup.

The Jetsetter Life: My role involves travelling about 2 days a week. This means I’m often out of your hair, though I might be sneaking out for an early train or arriving back late. I’m a "quiet as a mouse" type of traveller!

Reliable: Stable career, respectful of bills, and I come with excellent "co-living" & landlord references.

🍷 The Social Stuff:
I’m very easy-going and love a good balance. I’m always down for a post-work drink, trying out a new spot for food, or a weekend adventure. That said, I’ve lived in shares long enough to value personal space and downtime.

The Vibe: A clean, friendly environment with people who are social but also enjoy their own peace and quiet.

The Setup: I'm ideally looking for a live-out landlord situation in a smaller, more relaxed household. To keep the balance right, I'm hoping to find a place shared with a maximum of 2 other flatmates (rather than a larger HMO).
