Professional looking for a double room

I’m Alex, a 27 year old accountant in FinTech. I am originally from South Africa, but moved to London nearly 5 years ago. I’m looking for a large double room in SW London, preferably around Tooting Bec or Balham.

I love good coffee, going to the gym and lifting weights, wine, swimming, reading, charity shops and going on walks. I also love to cook and bake.

I am very neat person. I like to keep things tidy and organised and am always happy to clean!

I’d love to be in a house where I can spend time with my flatmate/(s) and watch some TV in the evenings or go for the occasional walk or brunch on the weekend. That being said I also respect people’s space and privacy.

I usually WFH 1 day a week, the rest of the week I’m based out of a WeWork in central London. I have references available.

I can move in beginning of August, but flexible with dates.
