Looking for a room

Couple seeking double room for August (preferably ensuite) — £1,000–£1,300 pcm

We’re a tidy, friendly couple (Beki is 24, I’m 28) looking for a double room in East/ North London.

I’m a scientific engineer working in Cambridge, and my partner Beki is a mature medical student on hospital placements in East London, so we are both usually out of the house during 9-5.

We’re looking for a comfortable double room, ideally with an ensuite, in one of the following areas: Bethnal Green, Mile End, Bow, Stratford, Woodford Green, South Woodford, Snaresbrook or anywhere north east on the central line.

- Budget: £1,000–£1,300 per month (including bills preferably)

- Move-in: Mid to late August

- Parking: On-site parking or the property has the ability to obtain a permit if I applied to the local council.

- Close proximity to a tube station, 15 minute walk or less preferred.

About us: Clean, considerate, non-smokers; respectful of shared spaces; happy to provide references and proof of income/ guarantor if needed for Beki.
