I am looking for single room to rent in Manchester.
Prefer to be Near or around. M15, M16, M14

I live and work in Manchester since 2021 and I am in too much love with this city.
My budget is 600£ including all bills. Can go a little high or down depending on house situation.
I prefer my room to have, double bed, wardrobe and desk.
I am not smoking or drinking alcohol. Very clean, quiet and tidy.
I am self-employed. So, my work doesn’t have regular time.
Sometimes I work 7 days a week and sometimes 2 days a week.
Sometimes I work full day and maybe until late and sometimes I work 2 hours a day.
In my free time I study on m computer or exercise in Gym.
My favorite gym is Sygden sports center.
I travel to my work on my light electric bike that I usually park in garden or front of house.
