I am a 38 year old artist looking for a room

I am a male freelance artist. I am currently looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 23/09/2026 and have a budget of upto £750pcm. I have financial support for the forseable future that will give me time to find regular employment, ideally in catering and or in the arts. I am an easy going person with a broad interest in movies, sport etc. I like to have routines, I go out running everyday and enjoy cooking for myself. I have been in London for three years having just finished my final year postgraduate studies at Goldsmiths, studying Fine Art. I currently have a studio in New Cross and spend most days there between midday and early late evening. I tend to do house chores in the morning, I am quite shy in general but I love other peoples company and will offer my time and effort to make a sharing environment work . I am flexible with sharing with either male females tenants, ideally between 28 and 45 years old.
