Looking for an En-suite Room City Centre, Exeter

Hello everyone,

I’m a full-time postdoctoral researcher at Exeter University. I’m looking for a room—ideally with an ensuite—near the city centre.
A little about me:

I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.
I’ve previously studied at both the University of Manchester and the University of Edinburgh.

I enjoy sharing a coffee or tea with housemates but also spend most of my time at the university.

My stay will be for 6 months or more, depending on my research projects.
My budget is flexible.
